SHIPPING:                                                                               
Free domestic shipping is applied to your order when you spend over $75. 
All orders will be shipped through USPS. Orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours.(Excluding Holidays and weekends). Shipping takes 3-5 business days. Once your item is shipped we will email your tracking number. Once your package leaves our offices we are not responsible if your package is lost or stolen. 

NEXT DAY SHIPPING:                                                                      
Orders placed with Next Day must be placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 p.m. PST. Your package will be delivered the following day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:                                                                 
International shipping is $20.00 and for Canada Shipping is $10.00

We do not offer exchanges or returns on international orders. International orders will not have tracking information, we are not responsible if your package is lost or stolen. You may be responsible for import taxes or other customs fees for your package which are not included in your order. These fees are calculated by customs officials, and cannot be estimated before your items are shipped. While we take steps to minimize or eliminate the cost of importing for our customers, we cannot provide inaccurate information to customs officials. If you would like to know if we ship to your country because you did not see it on our checkout page, please email us at info@dorisapparel.com. If you would like your package to have tracking information we can quote you on USPS priority mail.

PLEASE DOWNLOAD OUR RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM, FILL OUT AND SEND IT IN WITH YOUR RETURN.

• We do not except returns or exchanges for international orders.
• Returns/exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the day you've received your item(s).
• You are responsible for the shipping fees in the process of returning/exchanging your merchandise.
• You may not return or exchange:  sale items, jewelry, sunglasses, Bags/Purses, Any accessory items or vintage items.(unless the product was damaged or the wrong item was shipped).
• All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box .
• Please Email us prior to your return and inform us that you are sending your merchandise back for a refund/exchange.If you are exchanging, please inform us on what you would to exchange you item(s) for so we can put the item aside for you.
• Once your returned merchandise is processed your credit card will be refunded for the amount of your purchase minus the shipping charges incurred.
• Once we refund you it may take up to 1 week for your refund to show up on your credit card.
